What we collect
ProfitKeep collects the account information you provide at signup (name, email, billing details processed by Stripe) and the Amazon operational data you authorize us to read: orders, advertising performance, listing status, inventory levels, and fee reports.
How we use it
We use your data solely to detect profit leaks, estimate their financial impact, and generate your prioritized brief and recommended actions. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with other sellers.
Amazon access
Access is granted through Amazon's official Selling Partner API with read-only scopes. We never take actions in your Seller Central account on your behalf, and you can revoke access at any time from Seller Central.
Retention and deletion
We retain your operational data while your subscription is active so we can measure outcomes over time. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@profitkeep.com.
